I am a fan of fashion like some people are a fan of a certain television show or professional sports team. I read all of the magazines (8-10 every month!), watch all of the important television programs, go to the exhibits, follow the industry goings-on, and live for the shows each season. I have it bad.
And, just like any other kind of fan, I've had my crushes. That unattainable thing that occupies a special place in your heart for a time. My first clothing crush was on a black Armani power suit I saw in Vogue. I was in middle school and I couldn't wait to grow up so that I could have an Armani suit of my own. But that crush faded and was replaced by countless others. A sleek Donna Karan dress; a sumptuous Prada ostrich skin skirt. The list in my mind reads like an anthology of 20th century fashion. Luckily, the older I get, the more attainable my crushes have become.
I'd like to introduce you to my latest crush. I've been lusting over this amazing Pegah Anvarian Open-Side Sweater since the first time I laid eyes on it. I can't get it out of my head. It is made from 100% woven bamboo, but drapes as softly as the finest cashmere. The design is out of this world. It hugs the hips, but flows freely over the body, and the sides are completely open (you can see a side view by clicking on the photo). I would wear it during the day with a camisole underneath, or with nothing but a little Fashion Tape to keep me modest for a daring night out . It is sexy and stylish, and completely high fashion. I have to have it.
This lustworthy sweater is completely attainable. Just click the photo for a link to where you can purchase this stunning sweater at CoutureCandy.
