The Shop Go Red store features a huge selection of goods-- from apparel and jewelry to educational materials and health support products-- all of which help to fund the Go Red cause. One of my favorite finds is the very affordable Light & Easy Magazine-Style Cookbook. It features 47 easy to prepare, heart-healthy meals. Anyone who has ever met me knows I'm obsessed with smart food choices. I eat so much soy I'm about ready to turn into a soy bean. I actually count the grams of fiber I get every day. I even make sure to drink three mugs of green tea daily. I know, it sounds crazy, but I feel wonderful and I weigh the same as when I was 16! But, since I live alone and work 16 hours a day, my meals are more functional than fun. This easy, breezy little cookbook will do wonders for helping me put a little zest in my healthy eating habits.
