I have always been more into accessorizing than anything else. I love the way accessories complete an outfit and really help accent anything from the plain white t-shirt, to the glamorous Dolce & Gabbana dress. I feel accessories are a necessity and are a smarter, and sometimes more economical, way to keep up with fashion. Although we all have our accessory preferences, as with most things in the fashion world, sometimes it’s nice to take a risk when it comes to accessories.

Unlike clothes, accessories aren’t necessarily about the fit or the brand. Don’t get me wrong, I love rocking my Chanel cuff every chance I get, but I like to explore different materials and stones when it comes to my accessories, and I also encourage you guys to broaden your horizons. I found a great site, which also has many store locations that can help any accessory virgin or accessory master explore without having to break the piggy bank. Francesca’s Collections carries everything from accessories such as shoes, to unique gifts such as quotable mugs. But, most importantly, they have a vast selection of necklaces, earrings and bracelets.

Evelyn Chandelier Earrings

Since yellow gold is a great way to show off any tan, I really love the look of these simple and light Donna Dangles earrings. I like how delicate they are, and for $12 I think they are an absolute necessity for the summer. They are so versatile because of their simplicity. You can wear them day or night, without feeling like you’re overloading your ears.

The Evelyn turquoise earrings are gorgeous. Hair up or down, these chandelier earrings will get noticed! These earrings are not as simple as the yellow-gold dangles, and will make a bolder statement. I love the color-- also great for the summer-- and I am a big fan of chandelier earrings because they flatter most people. I wouldn’t recommend wearing these with a necklace, though. It may look like an accessory overload.

Ursula Mother of Pearl Necklace

I also found this lovely, elegant Ursula Mother of Pearl necklace on FrancescasCollections.com. It’s elegant, in a bohemian kind of way. It would look great with linen, or a nice top. I love the way the pearls aren’t perfectly strung, and the intentional inconsistencies. The center cluster is a great for the focal point.

FrancescasCollections.com is a great site to visit once in a while for affordable ways to spice up your jewelry box, or for a great one of a kind gifts. Everything is unique, and it makes it easy because it’s one stop shop for gifts or jewelry. Where else can you spend $12 for a pair of earrings that get you noticed? So, go ahead and spend lunch money on something that you can reuse.
