Ladies, it's Fall!! Obviously, it's not really too chilly yet with temps on the West Coast still in the high 60's, but I'll be damned if I can't wear my boots and jackets!

Obviously Stuart Weitzman is up with it on the boot scene, check out the NORTH shearling wedge boots he designed in brandy color that Eva Mendes is trading in her flip flops and comfy loafers for. Obviously this is a move in a new direction for running errands ladies, it's so much easier to dress up with just a little wedge and no extra effort. This boot reminds me of my mom's snow boots from the '70s, so I'm seeing a trend coming back, amp up the boot space in your closet for sure.

Now don't take this fashionable/comfortable trend to any past level, such as sporting UGG boots when it's 60 degrees everyday with sweat suits, but I like a little change in the wardrobe. Another cute and small heeled boot to add to the collection is from Born, this is if you must have your UGG style, just take it up a notch and get the Born Women's Frappe in Walnut Shearling, under $200.

Either way, I'm seeing wrap cardigans (check them out on Piperlime.com) and skinny jeans with shearling boots. Stuart Weitzman's wedges are definitely approved!
