Pajamas are something you never think about, but they seem to impact a lot, from lounging around to sleeping well. Towards the end of the day I find myself daydreaming about getting into my cozy winter pajamas to unwind from the chaotic day. In the winter, I love wearing my two-piece set and then right before bed I slip into something skimpier to avoid overheating. I love wearing dress-like outfits to keep the air flowing. I’m not talking lace and itchy material, but cute babydolls that keep you feeling sexy and don’t take away from your much-needed sleep.

When I get home from work I like to slip into something loose and warm to help me de-stress after my nightly shower. I lather on my lotion and throw on a pair of pajama bottoms with a large, matching long-sleeved top. There is a perfect set from Victoria’s Secret that gets the job done with comfort and cuteness-- the Pillowtalk Cotton Pajama. It has an oversized fit and lightweight cotton texture, and the sheer, soft material feels pleasant on the skin. There are unlimited styles of sleepwear at Victoria’s Secret if this one is too “plain Jane” for you. And through December 8, when you buy select Victoria's Secret pajama sets you get a free pair of slippers. The offer code is: pjgift.

Next up is my absolute favorite brand for sleepwear. I initially found out about this brand when my roommate bought me a velour thermal sweater from this line. The P.J. Salvage sleepwear line is undeniably cozy. It is so amazing it feels like I’m sleeping on a cloud. The material is luxurious and feels lovely on the skin. I’m officially hooked on this sleepwear line. They have all kinds of fun and unbelievably comfortable sleepwear, though I prefer the loose dress-like styles. It’s nice not to have too much on when snoozing. This P.J. Salvage Dogs World Dress is definitely something that I would slip into after getting warmed up in my long pajama set and slippers.

For those of you who view sleeping as a very sensual experience, you may want to consider the Cosabella Dyon Babydoll. The soft black with white-trimmed lace is enough to keep you feeling confident while snoozing or in the case that someone will spot you during your sleep. They don’t call it beauty sleep for no reason-- this will ensure you wake up gleaming head to toe. Waking up and looking in the mirror with this sassy number will get your day off to a great start.
