I think living in the super eco-conscious San Francisco bay area is rubbing off on me. I've recently become obsessed with taking reusable grocery bags to the store with me. I've found that they are not only the conscientious option, but they are also way more durable than disposable bags and their use results in a nifty store credit at my local supermarket. But, I do have an issue with the reusable grocery bag option. Those standard issue organic cotton bags are ugly.

Enter its-laS-tik by what’Surbag. Please don't be disturbed by the name. It's a mouthful, but I'll cope with the crazy name in order to tell you about these stylish reusable grocery bags. Available in a range of solid colors, patterns and trendy metallics, these stretchy grocery bags are perfect for the eco-fashionista.

The its-laS-tik bag is made from a special flexible nylon and lycra fabric blend, so it's stretchy and bouncy-- perfect for those of us who walk to the grocery store. Plus, these multi-purpose bags support a great cause. The entire line is manufactured in a New Orleans factory rebuilt after Hurricane Katrina, and a percentage of sales is donated to Hope House in New Orleans.
