Now, while I love a great maxi for their comfort and versatility, I still think you need to show some leg in the summer time. So I reached out to First Lady Michelle Obama's personal trainer, Cornell McClellan to give us some exercises for toning our legs so they look great in all of summer's short shorts and dresses.
Plus, he assures me that working the legs is essential for overall weight loss and that alone is enough to get me squatting. So check out the video so you can hear him explain the right technique for the exercises.
