Stila Lip Glazes - Rag and Bone/JEAN Blazer - Helmut Lang Top - Mackage Wool Coat - Vince Chelsea Boots

Of course I found a couple great buys this week at the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale. How could I not? But, that wasn’t the only shopping destination that turned my head. A couple of my old standby sale shopping destinations got new shipments full of sale-priced goodness this week. Check out my online shopping cart this week…

1. Stila Lip Glaze Set, $25.00 ($110.00 value)
My favorite find from the beauty exclusives section at the Nordstrom Anniversary sale is this 8-pack of Stila lip glosses. The main reason, beyond the insanely low price, is that I love every color in this set. Well, except the crazy purple shimmery color. But, I’m willing to overlook that because the other seven colors are so gorgeous.

2. Rag & Bone/ JEAN Timeless Leather-Sleeve Blazer, $160.48 (was $655.00)
Rag & Bone makes pretty fabulous blazers. They are slim fitting, but not constricting, and always have an interesting detail or two. This strikes me as a really great price for one of these blazers, particularly given that it has leather-detail sleeves and collar. Yes, it’s awfully warm outside for a blazer, but this classic jacket won’t lose any appeal over time and fall will be here before we know it.

3. Helmut Lang Emission Asymmetrical Pleat Top, $97.99 (was $220.00)
This simple, timeless navy shell top is constructed from a tencel/ cashmere blend and is fully lined. It’s a gorgeous staple piece for a minimalist wardrobe and will be perfect for pairing with workwear items. Definitely a smart investment, especially at this price.

4. Mackage Nubby Wool Zip Coat, $479.99 (was $740.00)
If the blazer above was a tough sell, this is practically impossible. I know, the last thing anyone wants to buy in the middle of July is a winter coat. But, this is the best time of year to find coats marked way, way down. And this coat is gorgeous. I love the mix of nubby wool, leather and silvertone hardware. This will look beautiful with both jeans and dressier items once the cold weather returns.

5. Vince Cody Shearling Lined Chelsea Bootie, $259.90 (was $395.00)
Long time blog readers will likely recall that I’ve had my eye on a pair of menswear-inspired Chelsea boots for almost a year now. I just haven’t been able to find the perfect minimalist pair. Until now. This online exclusive from the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is just what I’ve been looking for, right down to the smart price. Love them.
