I just got back from the golf course on one of the hottest days of Spring, and I fried my skin badly. It’s pathetic and embarrassing because usually I’m such an advocate of sunscreen. So, this inspired me to write about how to prevent skin damage, and heal and maintain healthy skin! Enjoy.

It is important to remember that what we put in our mouth also affects our skin. I have seen first hand the benefits of drinking Aloe Vera juice.
