FOUND: OTC Anti-Wrinkle Creams That Work

--By Jules Newmark

Neutrogena Healthy Skin Night Cream, Deep Wrinkle Intensive
Neutrogena Healthy Skin Cream

Injections, pain and the idea of someone coming at your face with a big syringe is nothing that anyone would imagine as a fun fix for aging... BUT everyone seems to be interested in getting younger fast. And at a high price, that is for cost and pain.

The latest study, done by the University of Michigan, is saying that injectable fillers, prescription retinoids and OTC retinol are the best for jumpstarting collagen production. I mean, all these creams, how much can they really do? You see ads in Marie Claire or Allure that tell you that you will look 10 years younger or like the 20-year-old girl in the ad with just 60 days of using a cream... really? Apparently, a product with retinol in it can really make a difference!

RoC Multi-Correxion Eye Treatment
RoC Multi-Correxion Eye

$24.99
Available at: drugstore.com

Neutrogena’s Healthy Skin Anti-Wrinkle Intensive Night Cream with Retinol SA [top left] is a cheaper fix than good ol’ injections and has Hyaluronic Acid, which soaks into the skin and plumps up the look of skin. Personally, I am hesitant to say one product is the best because I haven’t tried them all, but if permanent is what you’re looking for, maybe the investment of injections is no longer necessary with the science going into skin products these days.

A skincare line called RoC has been using retinol since the start and their products are clinically proven to diminish signs of aging and fix blotchy skin tone. Try RoC Multi-Correxion Eye Treatment for $24.99 [right]. A brighter, younger you is all you’ve been looking for and these products might just be the fix of the moment, that is, until another brilliant scientist comes up with something better. Lab coats anyone?

that is so funny, i LOVE the Roc eye stuff, i have been using it every night based upon a girl friend of mine's suggestion. i was looking for an eye cream that actually WORKED and wasn't excessively expensive. this cream does the trick, is pretty light, and i'm impressed with the results so far. i definitely recommend this product as well, good stuff!

Well. Roc seems to be good but I would like more detail as to how exactly it goes on to diminish aging signs or wrinkles.

Moreover you seem to agree that most of such products even brand names are like quick fixes.. does that mean we should be buying them again and again! By the way, I would love to know which such anti aging skin care product do you like the most.

Regards and Thanks.
