As I'm writing this, the hot gossip on the internet is that Gossip Girl's Leighton Meester has just become engaged to Gossip Girl castmate Sebastian Stan, who played bad boy Carter Baizen in several season one episodes. Well, at least according to that pinnacle of accuracy New York Post's Page Six. The timing's so perfect, with Gossip Girl being on break until early January, that I can't help but think that this is some kind of publicist-induced leak.
