Vegetables aren't typically a reason to celebrate. Maybe if you're PETA and you just got your major Superbowl commercial reneged due to it being too sexy you would agree with this statement. Or you would just push more for today's holiday. Not the one filled with flowers and chocolates known to all women first of course as Valentine's Day, but National Carrot Day!

First of all, this is not my favorite vegetable, but I definitely recommend eating the orange sticks versus the uber delicious yet fat-filled fried chips or Cheetos. Can you believe that in a lifetime, the average person eats over 10,000 carrots! This is means to realize that vegetables really are notable, and especially for you -- shopping goddess. Yes to Carrots beauty products include organic fruit and veggies, which have natural anti-aging elements and also protect hair and skin from the sun. The line includes face cream, an exfoliating mask and rich body butters. If you haven't seen any of the products yet, head over to your local Target or Walgreens or order some from Ulta Beauty at The products range from $12.99 for body butter to moisturizing day cream in a pack of two for $26 on Amazon.

Headquartered in San Francisco, Yes to Carrots was created to provide a paraben free beauty experience using the nationally celebrated vegetables among others and minerals from the Dead Sea. So before you go out on a fancy date or big night out for Valentine's Day, grab some natural beauty and then enjoy a sweet treat of carrot cake - you've gotta add to those 10,000+ carrots in your life!
