It’s the New Year and nothing feels better than getting it off to a great start! Working out should be part of most people's lifestyle, but sometimes its easy to fall off the health path. My biggest workout motivator is wearing workout clothes that are cute and tight to motivate me to embrace the sweat. This year I would also like to pick up some other healthy habits besides my karate training, and try to play more tennis. One step in the right direction is purchasing an adorable tennis dress.

Nike Dri-FIT Women's Tennis Dress is absolutely fabulous. Talk about being fashionable while running around! This is a spin on the typical racerback tennis dress-- the ruffle front gives this dress what it needed to take it to the next spicy level. To get my feet looking just as fashionable, I purchased the everyday Puma Speed Cat shoe. This isn’t a running shoe, but a great shoe that can be worn while doing softer exercises. They’re comfortable and nice looking, and who wouldn’t want that? I’ve been wearing this style for many years and I just can’t get enough of this basic shoe.
