Metal yourself with some insanely romped out accessories for 2010. Every magazine, every runway has the ladies wearing rugged accessories combined with feminine, flirty attire. Roughen things up with a spiked bracelet or some sharp, edgy shoes to balance out your uber feminine look. This month’s issue of ELLE magazine features Jennifer Lopez decked out sort of like a super fashion-savvy cop that won’t hold back, even though her accessories are worth more then my rent. I’ve found 3 items that will get your look started, or completed.

Guess has a starter: the rough Guess “Gregoria” jacket. It’s short and sassy, while being totally hard core-- just the way 2010 needs it. The length gives you room to get creative with what you wear underneath. Plus, I think it will look stylin’ over a dress. This black wrinkled blazer is the ticket to get on the rugged train. Its shiny, polished look takes the cake with the edgy studded accents on the shoulders. You’ll look entitled to put someone in a chokehold while looking beyond sexy.

Moving down south, and gearing away from the once popular skinny belt, let’s focus on the larger than life wide belt. I’m excited to showcase the ultimate Zipper Belt that’s up for grabs at Armani Exchange for $19! The wide silhouette belt has 3 exposed zipper lines giving it a city-chic look with a naughty twist. The zipper linings are surrounded by two large logo buckles that complete this bold belt. Wear this naughty by nature belt around your waist and a lot of your problems will disappear-- if you know what I mean! Create accidental curves with this knockout belt.

If you still have a little bit of animal in you, walk the wild side, or literally carry it, with the Rebecca Minkoff Loveletter Satchel. This is part of the newest edition to the Rebecca Minkoff collection, and I welcome it with two thumbs up. The black leather and leopard calf hair boho bag provides plenty of room for your small and big girly needs-- the bag can even fit a laptop! The multiple small compartments will make it easy to find your keys without grinding your teeth. The intricate whipstitching, zippers and tassels give it a rocker look with the sophistication of a '50s diva-- does that makes sense? Wear it in different ways and wow the crowd.

With high hopes for 2010, lets get ready to take on the world... or at least look like it!
