Friday, March 26, 2010

Seriously ladies, what could be more fun than a $1,000 Neiman Marcus gift card? That gift card, or one of several other prizes, could be yours for creating a special look for a very special night in the Neiman Marcus "Rock the Prom" contest.

Ok, I know, the average Stiletto Jungle reader is just a smidge past her prom years... as much as I hate to admit it. But, this contest is so much fun to play with, even if you don't enter, that I couldn't resist sharing it with you. And, of course, there's nothing stopping a more seasoned fashionista from entering for a chance to win that $1,000 NM card. Check it out:

Neiman Marcus has teamed up with super fun social media company Brickfish to invite consumers to create custom looks-- dresses, handbags, jewelry and shoes-- that will "Rock the Prom!" During this two-round program you can create custom looks for the chance at winning a $1,000 Neiman Marcus gift card or to be featured in Teen Vogue. Using the Brickfish Entry Editor, you can select which dresses, handbags, jewelry and shoes will complete your looks.

During Round 1, fifty finalists, selected by a Neiman Marcus panel of judges from the top 250 highest scoring entries, will advance to Round 2 for their chance at winning the Grand Prize. During Round 2, the following prizes will be awarded:

Grand Prize: One winner, selected by Fashion Director Ken Downing, will win a $1,000 Neiman Marcus gift card.
Most Viral: One winner, selected by Teen Vogue Magazine from the Most Viral finalists, will win a $750 Neiman Marcus gift card plus the winner's entry may be featured in a Teen Vogue issue.
Runner-Up: One winner, selected by a Neiman Marcus panel of judges, will win a $500 Neiman Marcus gift card.
