Spring may have sprung, but it's far from warm weather... at least here in northern California. After weathering a freakish spring storm over the Easter weekend, we're now enjoying chilly, yet sunny weather. So much for sporting all of those spare spring fashions we've all been pulling out of storage. The solution?
