Currently I am in midst of chaos. I spent the last month moving out of my old place and sifting through seven years of stuff I accumulated while living there. Needless to say, aside from working, I have been packing, coordinating, deciding what things to keep and what things to throw away, and unpacking and organizing my new place. This whole process has left me lethargic and passionless.

However, my love of fashion brought me out of being unmotivated recently. When I was waiting to get my blood drawn, and reading some outdated magazines from the beginning of 2013, I realized how some fashion looks always recycle themselves. With certain glam and sass, pearls seem to be an ever-evolving accessory piece that can be worn solo or layered.

Going back to Audrey Hepburn, it becomes obvious that pearls can make a powerful fashion statement. Pearls can make your look seem 100% effortless and they exude romance and a classic, elegant touch.

David Yurman's sixteen-row chain bracelet with pearls is exquisite. It not only decorates your wrist in ultimate pizzazz, but it also allows you to layer your wrist with additional bracelets to enhance the wow factor. Although I think its wonderful on its own, it never hurts to have endless options when it comes to accessorizing.

I dedicate this next feature to my wonderful grandmother. I love the old school looking pearls with what looks like a broach directly on the pearl strands. This look always reminds me of my grandma. She never wore any jewelry, but when she did, she wore pearls to highlight her look. This multi-stranded faux pearl necklace does a great job capturing old school elegance.
