Loving This Week: Work Travel Trousers + a New MAC Palette
Monday, April 04, 2016
The worst part of work travel has got to be looking put together, while still feeling comfortable, on the plane. These new wool trousers from Everlane may be the answer. At the very least, they are getting rave reviews and they are super affordable
In other shopping news, a Pinterest fashion find and a brand new eyeshadow palette from MAC that is full of super wearable shades. Check out all of my top online shopping picks for the week…
1. Everlane GoWeave Crop Trouser, $115.00
These 100% wool pants are from the new GoWeave line at luxe ethical retailer Everlane. This line is based around a wool twill fabric that is smooth and wrinkle-resistant. It’s pretty much made for work travel, and has been getting amazing positive reviews. A definite must-buy.
2. Wilfred Bertillon Blouse, $125.00
I first spotted this vintage-inspired blouse in a personal style photo on Pinterest, and fell in love with it. A little sleuthing later, it turns out it’s from Aritzia, and comes in six gorgeous colors. But, this pale off-white it still my pick.
3. See by Chloe Triple Buckle Ballerina Flat, $320.00
Soft goldtone buckles and a hidden wedge makes these black leather flats extraordinary. They’ll look fabulous with slouchy shorts and sweaters for spring.
4. MAC Nordstrom Now Eyeshadow Palette, $65.00
I’m not a huge MAC fan, but this particular Nordstrom-exclusive palette caught my eye. The color selection is perfect for everyday wear – lots of pale neutrals, plus options that will work well as eyeliner or contour.
5. Citizens of Humanity Agnes Slim Straight Jeans, $198.00
The combination of dark wash and cropped shape make these jeans feel dressy and modern. They’ll be just right for a casual workplace.
