An unexpected injury of the desk-jockey variety kept me away from the Nike Training Club all week. One of the perils of being a Silicon Valley over-achiever: the dreaded computer neck. But, I'm convinced I'll be back at it in time for week 3.
So, let's talk a bit more about what I'm up to with the Nike Training Club. As you may remember, I selected the Get Toned program.
