My Neiman Marcus Last Call Haul + How You Can Score the Same!

Saturday, March 01, 2014

If you have been following me on Instagram, you know that I hit the Neiman Marcus Last Call store-wide sale earlier today and came home with a fabulous mini-haul. I snagged four sweaters – three from Vince and one from Line – for just $377.15, before tax. Insane, right?

My mini-haul:

Neiman Marcus Last Call Haul - Vince Sweaters - Line Cashmere Sweater

You can score the exact same sweaters, for the exact same super low prices, for the rest of this weekend. If the sweaters survive the weekend sale, the remaining items will return to Last Call’s already very reasonable regular discounted prices. Here are the details of my haul:

This Line sweater is made from super soft lightweight cashmere and has a slightly oversized fit with a high-low hem. I chose the saturated purple shade, which is even more amazing in person. It’s really almost an eggplant color. My eyes are British Racing Green – a very odd eye color, I must admit – and this shade of purple makes them pop. I’m so happy with this find.

In addition to purple, it’s also available in black, grey, and forest green online. I may still spring for the green version.

This cotton woven Vince sweater is a very soft knit, unlike a lot of cotton sweaters I’ve seen. It has a bateau neckline that is narrow enough to conceal bra straps without a lot of fidgeting. It’s cut slightly oversized through the torso, but slim through the arms, which is quite flattering. It also has a high-low hem, like many Vince sweaters.

This sweater will be great for layering now, but will still be comfortable on all but the hottest days this spring and summer. I purchased it in heather grey, which is still available online.

I almost didn’t try this cotton Vince sweater on because it looked like a plain baseball colorblock sweater on the rack. But, knowing Vince, I suspected it would look much different on. I was right.

This sweater is relaxed through the torso with slightly dolman shaped extra-long sleeves that are cut slim through the white colored area. I know it sounds kind of odd, but it looks amazing on. When I was in the dressing room, this sweater was my first “must buy” pick. It’s also available in a sage green/ white colorblock online.

I previously picked this sweater as one of my “Loving This Week” online shopping picks, but I hadn’t yet pushed the buy button online. I spotted it in the store and tried it on, which confirmed my earlier hunch – it fit like a dream!

It’s a cozy cotton/ cashmere blend with a nubby, slightly loose knit. It has an oversized fit and rounded neckline which will work best with a slim tee underneath. I purchased the grey, but it’s also available in black in the cotton/ cashmere blend, as well as beige and lilac in a 100% cashmere version, online.
