Last night I quickly came home from a fabulous supper club dinner and changed into all white. Off to a magazine release party to wine and dine with the local wanna-bes and creatives in San Diego. As I kept scanning the mirror for what I couldn't see that was bothering me, I kept thinking back to this product I just read about, of course a new lipstick, I just looked so... white (but not not-tan, please, it's July). So while I got out my Nars and sucked it up, I wish I would have had the Senna Cosmetics revolutionary Lip Sync.

This full-sized lipstick and gloss comes in one of those double-sided packages and is as innovative as enhancing. On some evenings, you might just feel like the matte lipstick look is all you need-- the full-textured, Angelina look. Then again, you might be thinking of a little gloss on top to lighten up that color and add some sheen, I find it always attracts more attention to your mouth. And as Cher from Clueless would say, that is definitely a must to attract guys. If you're just hitting the grocery store, or maybe the meat counter gym you go to not to work out, swipe on just the gloss for an extra sparkle. The three shades of A La Mode, Stunning and Paris Pink are sure to be a hit for you or a gift for your friends.

Another très important factor is the taste of a lipstick or gloss...they always taste horrible! But Lip Sync is designed to please, especially with the almond biscotti flavor! Yum, you can look fabulous après dinner and feel like you've had dessert. Ingredients include shea butter, sweet almond oil, green tea extract (I wonder if this magic combo has caffeine to keep you awake too?) and Maxi Lip. Go to SennaCosmetics.com or make way to a Senna Cosmetics Makeup Studio in Beverly Hills, Tarzana, Santa Clarita or Corona del Mar. Reading in San Francisco? Senna is also a regular product on Shop NBC. For $24, my white night could have been colored and glossy to match the patent-leather pointy toe shoes I was wearing... well, next time.
