I'm going to be honest, I've never been a fan of Vera Wang Lavender Label. I keep trying on pieces that look great on the hanger, but fit lousy on my body. The waistband gapes on trousers; blouses fit too tight across the chest and too loose through the midsection. It's weird. I had pretty much written off Vera Wang Lavender Label... until I ran across this little gift in the ShopBop New Arrivals section.

The Kristen Boot from Vera Wang Lavender Label is gorgeous. I had no idea this label was producing shoes, let alone rugged boots that would be right at home at a summer music festival. With 15 inches of delicious pebbled black leather and a simple, yet posh rounded toe, these boots are the kind of accessory that you'll wear until they wear out. I love that in a boot as flat boots in particular seem to only get better with age. As soon as I can scrape together $425, these boots are all mine.
