The DermaPro Detoxifying Ion Mask is made of a natural green clay and helps tighten and deep clean your skin as well as clean out bacteria. I always notice the fragrance of a product first, and was a bit fearful given the "green clay" look of the mask that it wouldn't smell so great. But it smelled nice, very natural and earthy.

After leaving on a few minutes, I noticed that my skin felt a great deal of tingling. Just to caveat, I have sensitive skin and am living in a very dry New York winter and my skin was desperately in need of some moisture. After taking the mask off, I did notice that my skin was very clean but needed even more moisture than before. I liked this mask but would suggest using it in summer months or warmer climates because I think it would do a fantastic deep cleaning job when your skin is tired and oily, but not fabulous for the middle of winter.

I tried out the DermaPro Detoxifying Ion Mask and I was very disappointed. I had to re-wash my face and use toner after using this mask. It didn't leave any residue, it just didn't feel or look like it cleaned my pores. My face felt oily and greasy after I washed off the thin layer of clay mask. I wouldn't recommend it, and I would never purchase it for my personal use. Thumbs down.
