So, you are invited to a New Year’s Eve Wedding. Your first thoughts are this will be fun and it gives me something to do. Then, your next thought is what will I wear?

New Year’s Eve weddings are very festive and your attire should be dressy and elegant. You don’t have to worry about upstaging the bride, because a bride getting married on New Year’s Eve will look spectacular.

The best options are a cocktail dress or floor length dress. If you choose a floor length dress, don’t select a dress with a small train. The bride should be the only one with a train. You should also stay away from white or any shade of it. White is reserved for the bride! Any other color is appropriate.

My favorite attire is my LBD (yes, little black dress)! You can never go wrong with a LBD and let’s face it, most of us have one in the closet so you can save some money.
