Acne Studios Poplin Shirt - Saks Fifth Avenue Leather Espadrilles - White Birkenstocks - BCBGeneration Wedge Pumps - Lafayette 148 Blouse

I’ve been giving some serious consideration to those white Birkenstocks that are all the rage this season, plus a few more black and white basics that have jumped on to my shopping radar. Here’s a peek at what’s in my online shopping cart this week…

1. Acne Studios Lain Poplin White Shirt, $320.00
I spotted this poplin shirt in the new arrivals at Acne Studios this week. It exemplifies what I love most about the Acne label – luxurious, clean lines with a modern twist. I can picture this shirt with everything from distressed denim to a smart pencil skirt. If I were going to splurge on a single, timeless item this week, this shirt would be it.

2. Saks Fifth Avenue Blue Label Bree Leather Espadrilles, $71.99 (was $150.00)
Few footwear options are as clearly summery as espadrilles. But, I find regular espadrilles a little too boho for my personal style. These leather espadrilles seem to perfectly meld the carefree summer attitude of espadrilles with the downtown vibe of a pair of leather flats. Love it.

3. Birkenstock Arizona Sandals in White, $89.95
In case you missed it, white Birkenstocks are having a moment. I think it all started when Celine sent white Birk lookalikes down the spring runway. It kicked-off an ugly-chic footwear resurgence. Now every fashionista worth her Vogue subscription has a pair of white Birkenstocks.

I practically lived in Birkenstocks in college, and my feet loved me for it. I’m kind of excited to jump back into orthopedic footwear. These white sandals will be mine soon.

4. BCBGeneration Calana Perforated Leather Wedge Pumps, $50.99 (was $98.00)
Who couldn’t use a new pair of stylish, yet super affordable black leather work pumps? These perforated wedges are spot-on – stylish, work-appropriate, and on sale at a great price. There will be zero buyer’s remorse involved with this purchase.

5. Lafayette 148 Samantha Printed Georgette Blouse, $169.00 (was $298.00)
For some crazy reason, my online shopping cart is full of black and white print silk shirts right now. But, this particular blouse is my favorite of the bunch. I love the boucle knit print because it feels so unexpected and it adds a textural element to this silky blouse. I can’t wait to wear this with skinny jeans and flats.
