I just spent two weeks in Fire Island, New York, and it really made me want to take advantage of the last few weeks of summer. Yes, I know summer is technically over, but the weather is still upbeat in some states. While I was away, I fell in love with tunics. I know its crazy, but it’s true. And you can wear tunics over pants, so it’s not like you have to hide your tunics in your closet for two seasons. A lot of ladies were wearing the more casual tunics with loose fitting belts. But, I’m not talking about those tunics. I’m talking about the exotic kind that make you want to turn your head.

I stumbled upon an unbelievable site, which makes that kind of turn-your-head tunic-- it’s called Zarmina.com. This site is definitely the east meets west. They describe themselves as a South Asian clothing site. Either way, their items speak for themselves. The site originally started as a family business in 2004, and with much recognition, and involvement from a few top Pakistani models, the site started booming. The tunics are absolutely gorgeous and unique. They are very exotic and brilliantly made. There are many amazing clothing options on the site and the best part is that everything you see can be customized to your liking, now that’s unique!

I chose a few different tunics. The first one is the Verona tunic [top left], a blue-ish grey with silver resham and sequins. The color is stunning and perfect for fall.

The second tunic is called the Cypress tunic [right] and I love it! It’s so refreshing. The tunic itself is off-white and the buttons and sequins range from green to other summery colors. The embroidery is elegantly done around the neck and sleeves. This tunic would look great on all skin complexions.

The third one is pink, so it may not be for everyone, but you can always change the color if you like the bead work on it. The style on the Jasmine Kurta is impeccable. It seems to be the most elegant of all because of its very sexy but covered neck line.

Now, find a tunic that inspires you, and go out there and drop some jaws.
