The Chinese believe is represents luck and happiness, while in Russia a red flag represents communism. Although red is a color in many flags, lets not get political and stick to red fashion instead.
Basically, if you want to get noticed and want a song written about you, wear red! There is something powerful about a woman who walks in a classic black suit with bold bright red lipstick-- it just looks so undeniably stunning. It doesn’t always have to look overwhelmingly sexy, red fashion can actually be appropriate in a conservative setting. It’s all in the way you carry yourself.
